1. About Fast License

Fast License operates as a directory and matching service that helps students find independent driving instructors based on their stated requirements. Fast License does not provide driving lessons directly and is not a driving school.

2. How the Service Works

• The customer completes a form specifying their driving lesson requirements.
• Fast License searches for a suitable driving instructor.
• The customer is requested to make a payment via the online form.
• The payment consists of:

• A £29.99 service fee charged by Fast License for searching and matching.
• In case Fast License is unable to organise the first lesson, a full refund will be issued.

3. Payments

• Payments are requested before the instructor is found.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe payment links.
• Stripe acts as an independent payment processor. Fast License does not store or have access to your full card details.
• The total amount charged includes:

• A £29.99 Fast License service fee for searching and matching.

There will be a full refund if:

• No instructor is found.

4. Cancellations by the Customer

• If the customer cancels after payment has been made, the service fee is non-refundable.
• Any refund of the lesson cost is subject to the individual instructor's or driving school's cancellation policy.
• Fast License is not responsible for enforcing or overriding an instructor's cancellation terms.

5. Cancellations by the Instructor

If the instructor cancels the lesson:

• Fast License will attempt to find a replacement instructor for the customer.
• Any lesson payment remains subject to the terms and conditions of the driving school or instructor providing the lesson.

6. Instructor Relationship

Driving instructors listed or matched through Fast License are independent third parties.

Fast License is not responsible for:

• The quality of instruction;
• Instructor availability;
• Lesson outcomes; or
• Any disputes between the customer and instructor.

Any agreement for lessons is strictly between the customer and the instructor or driving school.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast License shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from cancelled or rescheduled lessons;
• Actions or omissions of driving instructors;
• Indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Changes to These Terms

Fast License may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
